We still have spaces left!
Two Days’ Workshop in Stavanger
Traditional Chinsese Medicine(TCM) is the oriental wisdom passed down for thousands of years. TCM philosophy not only advocates balance and harmony of the body, but also emphasizes the importance of mental health and overall well-being.
The 2026 TCM workshop in Stavanger will continue the health and wellness topics which introduced in 2025. This year, additional elements will be included, such as emotional well-being, dietary therapy, gua sha, massage, and concepts from Chinese Zen practice.
In addition to alleviating physical pain and discomfort, slowing functional decline, promoting the circulation of qi and blood, and enhancing overall health and quality of life, the program aims to foster balance and well-being of the body, mind, and spirit. Both returning participants and newcomers are warmly welcome to join us in learning, exploring, and growing together.
