Cost: $180 before March 23rd$200 after March 23rd
This course is not a Concealed Carry Permit (CCP), Concealed Carry License (CCL), or a handgun permit Course. This course is to provide the shooter with fundamental skills and drills of deploying the handgun from concealment. Safety is a key concern for this course, together with sound fundamentals and repetition we will build your confidence.
Course Outline
Firearms Safety
- Carry methods and equipment
- Fundamental Handgun Marksmanship
- Handgun Manipulations (Reloads and Malfunctions)
- Multiple Targets
Equipment Requirements
- Handgun
- Quality strong side holster (no ankle, shoulder, fanny pack, cross draw, or Serpa Holsters (if Serpa was issued by agency/department for carry while in plain clothes then its permitted for the class)
- 300 handgun rounds
- Quality Magazine holder
- Eye and Ear Protection
- Cover Garment (Jacket, hoodie, shirt that covers handgun, etc)
- a notebook - You will get time to write down notes
Please dress appropriately, we will be shooting in close proximity and brass is hot.
- No sandals, open-toed shoes, or high heels
- No tank tops or spaghetti strap shirts
- No v-neck or low-cut shirts
- No excessively loose clothing or jewelry
- no leggings unless they have belt loops and are designed for carrying.
- Anything that interferes with safety
