This is a 2-day class and will run approximately 13 hours in total. It includes approximately 10 hours of classroom time and three hours of range time.
The class days will run consecutively on Saturday and Sunday. This class is held in conjunction with our partner store Sportsman's warehouse in Fairbanks, AK.
You must be present for the entire 2-day class event. Missing the range session means you will not qualify to apply for the Alaska CHP.
We will be performing live-fire drills at the range. Your instructor will explain everything you will need to know regarding the range portion during the first day of class. On range day, you will need to bring the handgun of your choice and 100 rounds of ammunition.
