About this Event
How did people like the Jumel family dance and entertain guests at their parties in the 1800s? Join Morris-Jumel educators and special guests from The New York Baroque Dance Company on September 18th at 1 PM to make hand-held fans and learn the basic steps of French contredanse while listening to live music.
Free with registration. Limit of six places per family group.

Safety Requirements:
This socially-distanced workshop will be held outside of Morris-Jumel Mansion on the bluestone patio. Masks must be worn by all participants, and adult participants must complete a health screening questionnaire for their households and remain with their children during the entire workshop.
