Being thrust into the digital age, many seniors find technology both essential and challenging. This practical, hands-on course guides students through computer skills from beginner to intermediate levels, helping them build confidence and stay connected. Instruction may also include an introduction to emerging tools such as artificial intelligence, presented in an approachable and supportive way.
