Why order and timing of mutation matters in cancer and how computation can help us understand it.
Join Professor Ben Hall, Professor of Computational Cancer Biology, for this engaging in-person lecture at UCL Engineering. One of the Department of Medical Physics and Biomedical Engineering’s celebrations of UCL’s 200th anniversary, the talk also offers an introduction to our new Computational Cancer MSc.
This event will unpick how computational models are used to understand the subtleties in mutation, and how computational science is producing the cutting-edge research shaping the future of cancer prediction and treatment. This is an excellent opportunity to experience the new Computational Cancer course’s approach and explore how computational methods are transforming cancer research.
