Composting 101

Join us for Composting 101, a class intended for growers to learn the basics of composting. In this presentation, led by Dawson Amico of Fleet Farming, a non-profit program of IDEAS For Us, you’ll learn why reducing food waste is an important environmental action and leave with details on the eight different methods of composting.
