Come to the Greenwoods Corner Spring Festival Fun Day, at Greenwoods Corner (Junction of Manukau Road & Pah Road). The Compost Collective will have a Mandarin and English speaking compost stall where you can learn how to compost with the three most common composting systems; cold compost bins, Bokashi buckets, and worm farms. Come and learn how easy it is, and what suits you best! Bring your composting questions and challenges!
You can also enjoy the Spring Festival with live music, entertainment, retail and hospitality specials and and fundraisers on the day. Local shops will be trading on the footpaths outside their businesses. Roving entertainers and children’s amusement rides will be set up in private carpark behind The Emerald Bar.
NOTE: The address for this event is an area – Greenwoods Corner (Junction of Manukau Road & Pah Road).
All registered stall attendees will receive a discount voucher to use towards the composting system of your choice (Bokashi, Worm farm, or traditional compost bin). The voucher will be emailed to you after the workshop, and the composting system (and optional free rat trap) can be ordered online at compostcollective.org.nz, and delivered straight to your door.
