COMPOSER PRESENT

🎼 COMPOSER PRESENT!
Six composers. Six new works. Four world premieres.
And yes, those are our actual heads on the staff. 👀
But we’re not just here to fill in the notes.
We’re here to bring them to life!
At the UMKC Composers’ Guild, we believe composers should be more than names printed at the top of a score. We write, we rehearse, we collaborate, and we even step onto the stage ourselves.
Because new music isn’t just about creating something new. It’s about bringing composers, performers, and audiences together to discover something none of us could create alone.
Six composers. Six different voices. One shared passion for making new music come alive.

Come meet the minds behind the music, and see what happens when composers step out from behind the score.
COMPOSER PRESENT. And we mean it.
