This is a public clinic, where clients will experience a one on one session with a yogi. The body is the repository of all the physical, mental and emotional tensions. We wear our tensions instead of feeling them. A Yoga Body Psychology session is designed to locate and release these tensions. Some of the benefits can include improved posture, energy, and mental clarity. In addition, a release of tension and lessening of chronic pain may occur along with better emotional balance. There is a brief intake at the beginning and then feedback provided at the end.
