Courage & Conviction Bourbon Single Cask is an American Single Malt whisky, aged a minimum of four years, made from 100% malted barley, and is matured in first-fill Bourbon casks sourced from Kentucky. Our single cask offerings are bottled at cask strength, a proof unique to each cask.
As our blenders taste the progress of the whisky aging in Bourbon casks, a few special discoveries are hand-selected and set aside. These extraordinary casks show a range of depth and complexity, maximizing the influence of both the Bourbon cask and Virginia’s dynamic climate. Each single cask bottling has its own unique flavor profile. This whisky showcases its natural color, and is not chill filtered.
