The office Mayor Mary Sheffield and the Detroit Economic Growth Corporation invites all 30+ year business owners to first-come, first-serve appointments regarding Treasury clearances and BSEED Certificates of Compliance - two requirements for all Detroit Legacy Business Project grant recipients.
Our Appointments will cover:
- the purpose of a treasury clearance
- how to apply for a tax clearance
- common reasons for denied applications
- resources for receiving a tax clearance after an initial denial
- how to schedule your BSEED inspection and to successfully receive your Certificate of Compliance
