Join me on Wednesday 15, 22, 29 April for complete Beginners classes at Fitness First, The Strand from 6:35pm. Each class will be 45mins and will focus on a different skill. You can book all 3 classes or just drop in but space is limited as the room is smaller.
Build your confidence:
These beginner-friendly classes focus on foundation twerk techniques with short combos, making learning easy and fun. No experience needed! I'll break down each move step-by-step. Each class will focus on something a little different so you can do all 3 or just drop-in.
- Wednesday 15 - Wine and Tick Tock
- Wednesday 22 - Twerk & Jiggle
- Wednesday 29 - Twerk combos

JiggleFiTT celebrates all bodies! We create a judgment-free zone where you can joyfully jiggle to a mix of vibrant music styles, including Afrobeats and Dancehall. Learn the traditional African dance style of 'Mapouka' (twerking) in a safe, inclusive space. Each will leave you feeling energized and empowered.

About your teacher
Hi, I'm Nana. I'm a Level 2 Exercise to Music qualified dance teacher. I teach fun dance fitness classes that celebrate how your body moves and jiggles, not what it looks like!
My classes encourage movement, music and have an appreciation for Black culture. At JiggleFiTT we believe that every body deserves to jiggle joyfully and without judgement
NO DANCE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
My classes are judgement free zone. Expect positivity and lots of booty shaking.

I confirm that I am physically well and don't have any health issues that would hinder my involvement. Note that classes might be recorded for promotional use. You will be notified in class if this is happening and can choose if you want to be filmed or not.
