• Professional Ballroom & Latin Workshops.
• Supervised practice accompanied by a Live Band.
• Fitness with MK's leading PT, Adam Howkins.
• Core Ballet with RDA instructor, Hannah Brewin.
• Musicality with West End Musical Director, Phil Cornwell.

13:15 - 14:00 LUNCH

15:05 - 15:50 MUSICALITY with Phil
16:00 - 17:00 SUPERVISED PRACTICE with Live Band
