Positions:

• LPN - Pay Rate: $40 - $45 per hour
• RN - Pay Rate: $50 - $65/70 per hour
• CNA - Pay Rate - (Grad/Exp): $20 - $25 per hour based on experience

Benefits: Health Insurance after 90 days, 5 sick days per year, 1 week vacation offered after 1 year

• Proof of Vaccination
• 2 copies of your resume (hardcopy preferred)

• NY State Photo ID
• Social Security card
• New York State CNA/LPN/RN license and registration
• Two Typed Professional Reference letters
• Physical exam in the last 10 months, PPD and MMR, varicella, Hep B, Drug screening lab works
• School diploma or completion
