Compassionate Week 2025 - Heartful Retreat for Restoration

In a nurturing, judgment-free space, you’ll explore simple yet powerful practices that restore both body and spirit—tools you can carry with you long after the retreat ends. Expect to leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and deeply supported, having taken the time to care for the one who is always caring for others: you.
