On Friday January 17th 2025 from 9am-12pm at the Kelly Center for Hunger Relief 915 N Florence St, El Paso, TX 79902 the El Paso Harm Reduction Alliance will be hosting its bi-annual Compassionate Care Fair where our partnering agencies will be providing free harm reduction supplies and education, delicious food, blankets, clothing donations and more. If you are interested in being a vendor at the event please let me know. We are asking vendors to please bring their own tables, chairs, and a canopy if they would like to have one. This will be an outdoor event in the Kelly Center for Hunger Relief parking lot. We are reaching out to our community to solicit donations of new or gently used warm clothing and blankets and a grill and propane to help heat the soup. The drop off location for donations is Punto de Partida located at 1201 East Yandell. We are also looking for volunteers to make soup or donate food or paper goods for the event. The primary population we serve are people in our community who are experiencing homelessness and who have substance use disorder. We typically serve about 300 people at these events. Please consider making a donation!
