This 3-hour session has additional tips, engaging discussion, and opportunities to practice multiple strategies to find what works for you.
OBJECTIVES:
- Review the concepts of secondary trauma, compassion fatigue, burnout, and moral injury
- Explore and practice strategies for well-being in the midst of stress and trauma
- Deepen connection with self and others through intentional application of the science of resilience
This training provides three (3) contact hours, CEU applicable for most professions. A certificate of completion will be provided after the class.
This session builds on the practices and tools introduced in Compassion Without Fatigue and it is recommended that registrants complete the Compassion Without Fatigue class prior to this deeper dive. Please see our training calendar at https://bit.ly/AdvancingResilience.
