Compassion In Action is an event created to bring the community together to give us a safe space to talk about mental health, and to learn new activities that can be used therapeutically for ourselves and others in our day to day life. At this specific even Vincent Enso will be hosting a Enso Circle Workshop, where we will learn a little bit about the history of Enso Circles and what the practice is used for and represents, and how it can be helpful for mental health. This event is Donation based, the donations are highly suggested as our hosts have to spend money for the materials to host the workshops, 10 percent of the donations will also go to the charities we work with.
