Compassion Camp Celebration SundayWe've got some fun news for you! Sunday, June 23rd @ 10AM, we're hosting a big Compassion Camp Celebration!
Picture this: dozens of kids and families came together to celebrate a wonderful Compassion Camp! That’s right. We hosted yoga sessions to help everyone relax, self-regulation exercises to find inner peace, and Godly Play scripture stories with Montessori tactile experiences. And let’s not forget the crafts and music, all in a fantastic rotational model. It was like a carnival, but with more spirituality and less cotton candy.
This wasn’t just any camp. We had the dream team on this one! NSUMC's dedicated volunteers, top-notch Godly Play instructors, and a professional yoga instructor to keep everyone centered and calm.
So mark your calendars for Sunday, June 23rd, at 10 AM sharp! We’re rolling out the yoga mats (that is; the red carpet) for a celebration packed with songs, videos from the week, and an extra fun Sunday School lesson.
All are invited to celebrate with the volunteers, campers and their families!
