A Guided Movement Ritual with Sarah Sampson
Through the timeless technologies of dance and the power of the circle, we orient the body as a living compass to ignite our internal navigation. With guidance that supports present-time awareness, we allow organic expression to inform our embodied knowing so that we can meet whatever is arising and move with the world that is emerging. Together, we awaken individuals and communities to live authentically, fully expressed, and deeply alive.
COMPASS is a guided movement ritual rooted in The 360 Emergence Compass, a progressive somatic and embodiment toolkit designed to help us tune our internal navigation system through movement, meditation, and embodied awareness.
Core Threads of the Experience
