You’re warmly invited to our June Meet‑Up at Trebah Gardens, Mawnan Smith — enjoy a mindful walk in the garden - before we gather in a bright private conservatory for hot drinks, cake and conversation.
The afternoon offers tender, heartfelt conversations around grief and loss, gentle breathing for wellbeing, and a chance to make new friends and listen to one another.
The event is free but spaces in the conservatory are limited, so please book your place.
