As part of Contexture’s upcoming Request for Proposals (RFP) process to re-procure the technology vendor for the CommunityCares platform, we are inviting all CommunityCares partners and stakeholders to share feedback that will inform the next generation of Arizona’s statewide closed-loop referral system. We encourage all levels of participation, from front-end users of CommunityCares, through executive leadership at participating organizations.
