🍂 Join us for Community Yoga with Pearl on Mondays from 5:30-6:30pm at Mewinzha in Suite 13. November and December will be focused on “Yin Flow.” Yin yoga Yin yoga is a slow, meditative style of yoga that involves holding passive floor poses—mostly targeting the hips, pelvis, and lower spine—for several minutes at a time. Instead of focusing on muscle engagement, yin yoga works on deeply stretching and strengthening connective tissues like ligaments, fascia, and joints. It encourages stillness, relaxation, and mindful breathing, making it both physically restorative and mentally restoring. ‼️ This yoga flow is mindful of relatives new and experienced in yoga or movement. All levels are welcome!
⭐️ This class is open to the community. Bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and comfortable clothing! We encourage you to dress in layers.
