Join Pearl for fall yoga classes at Mewinzha Ondaadiziike Wiigaming.
Classes are open to the community and will be every Monday at 5:30pm-6:30pm.
September to October, classes will be dynamic with twists and unique sequences that make you slow down your thoughts to come into the present moment.
November and December, classes will be slower paced, supportive, and great for improving connective tissue strength and mobility.
Bring: a yoga mat, water bottle, journal, and wear comfortable clothing. Layers are recommended.
