Unwind from your day with a calming, heart-centered yoga class designed to restore balance and peace.
Set in the beauty of nature, this all-levels community class focuses on gentle stretches, mindful breathing, and deep relaxation, perfect for releasing tension after a long day.
As the sun begins to set, you'll be guided through soothing postures that open the body and calm the nervous system, supported by the healing sounds of crystal bowls.
The class concludes with an extended savasana under the open sky, allowing you to fully absorb the benefits of the movement, and sound.
Whether you're new to yoga or simply seeking a peaceful way to end your day, this class offers a nurturing space to reconnect with your body, breath, and the natural world around you.
We will practice Yoga for about 40 minutes and then we will enter savasana to receive a sound bath*.
Class is beginner friendly.
*Sound bath will use crystal singing bowls (2-4)
Classes at the park start September 25th.

September & October: Classes begin 6:30pm end 7:25pm November through March: Classes will start 6pm to end at 6:55pm
