Experience the benefits of waking up to yoga as you stretch your body, awaken your mind, and fuel your spirit.
Start your day on the right foot, salute the sun with a smile, and move your body in a gentle way.
You’ll leave energized, with a more mindful attitude, and you’ll be able to flow through your day with ease.
Practice Yoga for about 40 minutes and then enter a guided savasana to receive a sound bath.
Class is beginner friendly.
*Sound bath will use crystal singing bowls (2-4)
