Experience the ultimate reset at The Sunrei's Community, Yoga & Sound, a monthly experience designed to stretch your body + mind while giving you (and your muscles) a much-needed break.

This month, we're giving back by donating a portion of the proceeds to a local non-profit, Live Immeasurably More. LIM, is a 501c3, committed to enriching the lives of all people through life building activities, education and wellness initiatives.

Our Yoga + Sound session will go beyond the physical, by offering time for self-reflection and inner work. Every experience is rooted with intention and attendees will have a chance to participate in group discussions to dive deeper into well-being and mindfulness.

Camrei is a 200HR Certified Yoga Instructor, with a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counceling and a heart for community. Camrei believes everyone deserves access to the things that keep them well and is committed to creating space just for that. Camrei's focuses on maintenance tools, not just repair. Her group wellness sessions are rooted in deep stretch, restoration, breathwork & mindfulness. Through the Sunrei Wellness Collective she enjoys the opportunity to shine light on the tools that keep people well!

Class starts with a community & connection activity that leads into breathwork & movement through yoga! We'll end the session with a sound bath to cover and seal your practice! Don't miss it, get your ticket today!
