At Zenya we love to spread peace, love, health, & happiness with our community. And there’s no better way to experience that than at our weekly, outdoor community yoga class “On The Square” in Port Warwick.

CLASS IS DONATION BASED- Please donate what you feel your experience is worth to yourself and the Newport News community. Your donations make this event possible! 🙏
Grab a friend, (or your kiddos), and make new ones, as you soak up the beautiful sounds and smells of summer with an all-levels, gentle yoga flow class.
All fitness levels and children are welcome and accommodated.
Bring a yoga mat, a bottle of water, and all your friends and meet us outside on the square in Port Warwick.

📢 PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THE STUDIO- COME STRAIGHT TO THE SQUARE NEAR THE PAVILLION.

Please reserve your mat space here and SIGN-IN on the clipboard at the start of each class.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to class to set up your mat and center your mind and body for what is sure to be the very best hour of your Saturday!

NOTE: Arrivals 5 minutes after class start time will not be able to participate in the class due to safety measures and your muscles and ligaments not being warmed up to jump in after the warm-up period.
