Thursdays @ 1 pmYin~Flow Hybrid Class outdoors on the deck at the Kingsridge CoOp Meeting Space (120 Bascomb Drive Woodstock).
This donation-based outdoor class is open to all skill levels. Please bring your own mat, strap, bolster or blanket, and sturdy blocks if you have them. We do have some extra blocks and mats for community use.
Proceeds from this class will be used to help offset the costs associated with the Double EBT program we facilitate. Please use the ticket link and pay at checkout to reserve your spot, or walk-in and make a cash donation in our jar, or paypal [email protected] to help support this work.

About your instructor:
Pam Delifer discovered yoga 12 years ago and it is an integral part of her daily routine. Her intention for sharing her practice with others is to build and strengthen community. Her teaching experience includes vinyasa, yin and restorative yoga. She integrates breath, movement and mindfulness into the practice. She believes yoga is a way to find balance and connect with yourself on and off the mat
