Need to know:

  • Plan to meet by the shuttlecock at the Nelson-Atkins lawn, or look for the PIH banner!
  • Bring a yoga mat and water bottle
  • If it is raining the event will be rescheduled
  • We want to thank you for joining our PIH comminity by giving all attendees a $10 credit to shop at the PIH supplement store at our office!

Your Yoga Instructor:

Meet Grace, a passionate and certified yoga instructor dedicated to spreading wellness and mindfulness. At the impressive age of 14, Grace embarked on her yoga journey, completing a 200 Hour Teaching Certification through Sid Yoga, laying the foundation for a decade-long commitment to the practice.
Driven by a deep understanding of the transformative power of yoga, Grace furthered her expertise with a specialized 15 Hour Trauma Informed Outreach Certification through Connection Coalition, demonstrating a commitment to making yoga accessible and beneficial for all. With a warm and inclusive teaching style, Grace creates an environment where students of all levels feel welcome and empowered to explore their practice. Whether guiding beginners through their first downward dog or leading seasoned practitioners to new heights, Grace is committed to fostering growth, healing, and connection through the practice of yoga. Join Grace on the mat and embark on a journey of self-discovery, strength, and serenity.
