Yin & Yang is a creative and rhythmic practice that combines movement and stillness.Starting with gentle longer held poses we will go inwards - connecting to our body and breath, with some mediative yin. This is followed by a steady paced yang flow.
This practice aims to balance energy in the body and calm the mind.
Donation-based with a suggested amount of 5€-10€ per person
