Join Sports Basement Orange County at our Community Yoga Classes! Join one of our partner Orange Coast College Yoga Instructor Graduates for an inspired flow to connect body, breath, and mind! Warm up your body and improve your flexibility, strength and concentration. This is an all levels class and everyone (including pets) is welcome to join!
This 45-minute lunch class is FREE to our community. Please make sure to bring a yoga mat, towel, hydration, and a motivated spirit!
Activity Waiver is Required. QR will be available at the class.
