✨🌸 A new yoga class is starting at The Newland Village Room, Newland, Coleford from Thursday 25th September 2025! 🌸✨
🕖 Class time: Every Thursday at 5.30pm
I’m Heather, a Yoga Alliance Certified 200hr teacher, trained in Rishikesh. My classes weave together a dynamic mix of Hatha, Ashtanga and Yin yoga — giving you both a great workout and the chance to slow down, stretch deeply, and find calm. Expect a balance of strength, flow, and relaxation.
These sessions are open to absolutely everyone. I believe yoga should be free of barriers — whether you’re a total beginner or have years of practice, you are welcome here. 💜

£32 for a block of 4 classes (includes a loyalty card with a new stamp each week!)
Please bring a yoga mat if you have one — I’ll have a few spares available. 🌿
