Join us every Sunday at 10 AM for Community Yoga at Refocused Space, a welcoming and inclusive class designed for everyone—children, seniors, and beginners alike. Held in the serene environment of our main floor and loft, this class is the perfect way to start your week with a mindful and rejuvenating practice. We believe in making yoga accessible to all, which is why we offer a sliding scale/donation payment structure. This ensures that everyone can participate regularly, regardless of their financial situation. After class, enhance your wellness journey by visiting Refocused Vegan, our on-site vegan cafe. Treat yourself to a delicious brunch, lunch, or refreshing fresh-pressed juices. We take pride in offering fresh foods that are locally sourced whenever possible.
