Community Yard Sale

Join us for The Drip's third Community Yard Sale! We are excited to do it again bigger and better! Particpants will be in 8ft x18ft parking spaces. Participants must purchase their space for $10 by Saturday, October 5th via EventBrite. You may purchase multiple spaces if you'd like! Purchases are nonrefundable.

Particpants must check in upon arrival between 6:00am-6:30am on Saturday, October 12th. Partipcants should be set up and ready to sell their treasures by 7:15am. No tables or chairs will be available for rent. Be sure to bring your own if they are needed! You will need to be completely packed up and out of the space no later than 12:15p. Participant parking by Tyndall ATM in Northstar parking lot.

*Although we LOVE them, this event is not for small businesses! If you are a small business, you will not be permitted to set up at the yard sale. We encourage you to apply for the Small Saturday Business Market on Saturday, November 30th. Follow Shop Otis Closet on socials for the Easter Market Updates.
