Need some motivation to clean out your playroom before the holidays!?The Kerr YMCA will be hosting a Community Yard Sale for children and baby items on Saturday, October 25 from 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. The sale will be hosted in our parking lot and we will charge $10 per spot. If you would like a spot and a table to be available, we will charge $25.

Please note that we are only accepting sellers who wish to sell items meant for newborns to pre-teens. Examples of items are clothing, shoes, baby equipment, strollers, books, room decor, ride-on toys, baby/kids furniture, toys, etc.
Rules to consider:
- All items should be in good, excellent or new condition and all items should be clean.
- Sellers are able to price their own items, but we ask that you keep prices reasonable, sellers are able to keep their profits.
- Sellers are expected to manage their payments. The Y is unable to provide change for transactions.
- We ask that all items not sold are removed from our premises and donated to another local organization. We are not able to dispose of items not sold.
- We ask that all sellers arrive and are in their spots by 8:30 a.m. so we can close the parking lot. All sellers will need to remain in their spot until the end of the sale a 12 p.m.
All proceeds collected from reserving parking spaces will go toward our Annual Campaign, supporting N. Raleigh and Wake Forest. We hope you will read more about that below.
