Take part in the Community Wellbeing Champion Programme and gain the knowledge, skills and support to play an active role in helping others with their wellbeing.
Brought to you by Plymouth Community Homes and Livewell Southwest, this two-day programme provides you with a recognised qualification, access to resources and connects you to a network of other Wellbeing Champions, to help you support the wellbeing of your community.
This course is right for you if you are interested in helping others, are already playing an active role in your community or just have an interest in wellbeing.
Course content includes:
- Making every contact count (MECC)
- Five ways to wellbeing
- SMARTER goals
- Community action planning
Free buffet lunch and hot drinks.
