Join us for our monthly community walk, where we come together to enjoy nature, boost wellbeing, and connect with others in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

As voices from the community, we know how much easier—and more enjoyable—it is to stay motivated when we do things together. That’s why we created these walks: to bring people closer, support each other, and make healthy habits feel fun and social.

This month, we’ll be spending a couple of hours exploring the beautiful Edgbaston Reservoir — a peaceful green space with stunning water views, plenty of fresh air, and lots of opportunities to unwind.

Expect:

• 🌳 Relaxing walks surrounded by greenery
• 🦆 Duck spotting (and maybe feeding!)
• 😊 Friendly conversations and new connections
• 🐕 A dog-friendly environment
• 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 A welcoming space for children and families

Whether you come alone or with friends, you’ll be part of a warm and welcoming group. It’s all about feeling good, moving your body, and enjoying the outdoors together.

📍 Meeting Point: Entrance on Reservoir Street at 11am
⏰ Time: We’ll wait for 10 minutes, then start walking at 11:10 AM sharp
