On Thursday October 6th, Cleveland MOTTEP will host its second Community Vaccine Clinic & Food Distribution at Eliza Bryant Manor from 10am-2pm which is located in the Hough neighborhood. The Moderna Monovalent & COVID-19 Bivalent Booster Vaccines will be available and administered to people that are 18 and older. With flu season approaching, it’s time to get your Flu Shot. Thanks to our amazing Project Partner at the Cleveland Department of Public Health, flu shots will also be available. If you’re eligible to get an updated #COVID19 booster dose, you can also get your flu shot the same day.
All participants will receive a $25 gift card for their Flu vaccine and COVID-19 vaccine.
The community can walk-in or pre-register to receive the vaccine by calling 216.658.0727.
The Greater Cleveland Food Bank will donate fresh produce boxes and food distribution will be available on a first come first serve basis.
