A New Holiday Tradition in Downtown Grass Valley
Gather with family, friends, and neighbors as Downtown Grass Valley comes together for a magical Community Tree Lighting Ceremony on Saturday, November 21 at 7:00 PM.
Set beneath the glow of downtown’s holiday lights, this special evening celebrates the spirit of the season with the Grass Valley Cornish Carol Choir, a visit from Santa and holiday characters, festive food and beverages, and the lighting of our beautiful community Christmas tree.
Created as a celebration all its own, the Community Tree Lighting offers a wonderful opportunity to slow down, enjoy the charm of historic downtown, and share a joyful evening with the people who make Grass Valley such a special place.
