Community Thanksgiving Worship Service

All are invited to a special Community Thanksgiving Worship Service at First Lutheran Church (1000 3rd Avenue SE in Cedar Rapids) on Monday, November 23, with a potluck at 5:30 p.m. and worship at 6:30 p.m. Bring a dish to share, participate in holy communion, sing in a combined choir, and contribute to our special offering for Matthew 25. This event is sponsored by First Congregational, First Lutheran, First Presbyterian, St. Paul’s United Methodist, Wellington Heights Community , and Westminster Presbyterian Churches. All clergy are invited to vest and process, and the color of the day is green. For general questions, contact Pastor Craig Brown at First Lutheran (319-310-6888). Come let us worship God together!
