Come as you are and join us in community as we share and express what is on our hearts and minds. Then we will guide you into a meditation and sound journey. The sound journey will take you through different levels of your consciousness, moving stuck energy to be released, creating more spaciousness within. You will experience sound through various instruments, including various singing bowls, gong, drums, Native American flutes, and chimes. This is safe container to be seen and heard. All are welcome.
