Join us for a Community Sound Bath, the 3rd Friday of the Month, led by Laura Himstedt of Osage Creek Wellness.
Come relax and allow the vibrations of the gong, singing bowls and water instruments to move through every cell of your body. The gong will help release held stress/tension and the singing bowls will bring organization and balance into your system.
Weather permitting, we will be outside at Providencia (1312 N.22nd), and for inclement weather inside at Good Neighbor House (2301 Colcord Ave).
Bring a yoga mat, blanket and pillow and anything else you need to be comfortable lying down.
Limited to 12 participants. By donation, pay what you are able.
