ABOUT

IN A SOUND BATH, participants lay comfortably with eyes closed while deeply listening to sound. By being fully immersed in the sound, listeners enter deep states of meditation and relaxation.

SOUND BATH EXPERIENCES ARE USED to tune the brain into alpha and theta brainwave states. In these states, listeners are able to let go of stress, enter deep meditation, and create internal conditions for healing and regeneration throughout the body.

USING SOUND IN MEDITATION helps to calm the nervous system, promote a sense of relaxation, aid in mind-body awareness and deepen your meditation practice.

YOUR HOST

Kinsey O’Leary, owner and founder of the Sound Space, is a sound healer, Reiki master, mentor, teacher and host.

After completing her B.S. Biochemistry and Cell Biology at UC San Diego, Kinsey specialized in biomarker and bioactive molecule analysis. Always feeling a call towards a greater understanding of the natural world and human experience, she transitioned to teaching meditation classes and a variety of alternative healing modalities. Today, through The Sound Space, Kinsey helps to bridge the gap between art, science, and spirituality.

Kinsey holds sacred space, sound ceremonies and transformational experiences for participants to feel a sense of oneness + unity and gain inner wisdom. Kinsey offers Sound and Reiki healing services in the San Diego area.
