Community Sound Bath

Step into a deeply restorative sound bath meditation designed to calm your nervous system, release tension, and bring your body back into balance. Using crystal singing bowls, chimes, and gentle frequencies, you’ll be guided into a meditative state where healing naturally occurs. This experience also includes a guided intention-setting practice to help you align your energy and anchor into what you’re calling into your life. Whether you are new to sound baths or returning, this session meets you exactly where you are—offering space for rest, clarity, and renewal.

What to Expect:

What to Bring:
• Yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on (optional)
• Water
• Eye mask (optional)

• Mats, bolsters, and blankets

Contraindications:
• Not recommended for first trimester pregnancy
• Not recommended for individuals with pacemakers
