Immerse yourself in the harmonic vibrations of this relaxing quartz crystal sound bath. Recalibrate your physical and energetic bodies to a harmonic state.
Quarts produces pure tone. The cells of the human body have a natural geometrical relationship to the structure of quartz crystals. Being made up of crystaline structures, including our DNA, blood, bones, and the crystal-colloidal liquid of the brain, we align with crystal inherent structure.
With crystal sound affecting the body and, in particular, the brain, the resonance relays an order that allows consciousness to travel into altered states of awareness. Whether it is endorphins or other hormones that are release, it has been established that neuro-chemicals can empower the will to overcome limitations, reduce pain, and develop creativity. It has actually been measured; singing bowls produce a wave pattern similar to alpha waves of the brain. For this reason their use in hypnosis can reduce the time spend in inductions as the goal in hypnosis is for the subject to achieve an alpha state of mind.
