Please join us for a special evening of community singing with guest songleader Debbie Nargi-Brown from Santa Cruz, CA. We will dive deep into songs of the heart and Soul - prepare to belt it out and be immersed in glorious sound! Debbie brings her original groovin' songs with layered parts and harmonies - from raucous celebration to deep heart-crack-open journeys.
Songs are taught in the moment, call-and-echo style — accessible, community-based, and rooted in connection over perfection. Bring your voice and your heart exactly as they are. All are welcome; no experience needed.
The evening will opens with local songleader Kira Seto of Voices Rising Community Choir. Drum accompaniment by Gabe Shonerd.
If you've sung with Kira & Voices Rising before, you may recognize Debbie's songs: "Roadblock [https://debbienargi-brown.bandcamp.com/track/roadblock]", "Great, Grand, Glorious", "Hope [https://soundcloud.com/debbie-nargi-brown/hope]".
