Community School Summit

Join the San Francisco Community Schools network to launch another successful year of creating high quality community shcools in our city. September's theme is on effective coordinated care teams grounded in the community school's framework. Please invite any and all key leaders from your coordinated care team, and get ready for an energizing, inspiring morning where you will walk away with tangible supports for your schools.

Light breakfast with coffee, and lunch will be provided!

Please note - Community School Coordinators will have their PLC immediatly following the summit from 12:30 to 2pm.
