Join the Department of Corrections for free resources and supportive services!Community Resource Fairs are open to everyone in the community, including justice-involved individuals, and they help attendees reduce barriers and connect with resources available in our community.
At these events, community agencies provide information on:
Obtaining identification and driving reinstatement status
Job readiness, certification and employment services
Connecting with a mentor
Career path through College of Trades or KC Scholars
Cognitive programs
On-site enrollment in treatment programs
Community service work referrals
Links to food, housing, transportation, medical and financial partners
